Account Deactivation
People leave teams. When they do, their assigned tickets don’t just disappear — they need to land on someone else’s plate. Most tools leave you with a pile of orphaned work and a morning of manual reassignment.
How deactivation works
Section titled “How deactivation works”When you deactivate a team member, Orcha redistributes all their assigned tickets across the remaining team. Autopilot re-simulates with the new team composition, and you see updated ETAs immediately.
The deactivated member’s history — comments, time logs, past assignments — stays intact. Nothing is deleted. They just stop being an active participant in scheduling.
No orphaned work
Section titled “No orphaned work”Every ticket that was assigned to the departing member gets a new owner. The schedule adjusts for the redistribution, including any downstream dependencies. You see the full impact in one pass, not after discovering unassigned tickets three weeks later.
